UPDATE: The NY Street fight was probably going to be Flip Gordon as Flip and Bully have been working a long program together for a while now. Flip has been out with an injury that he suffered on a ROH live event and was hoping to be back to action on March 31 on the “Road to” show, but unfortunately Flip re-injured his knee one morning and will be missing the “Road to” show and possibly the G1 Supercard. Flip is an incredible talent that has risen through the ranks of pro wrestling very quickly and it would be a real shame for him to miss the biggest show of his career so far. There is no word on who Flips replacement could be, if the spot was originally for Flip, but chances are it could be a big NJPW name, like like Suzuki or Ishii.
