Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling SELL OUT MSG on first day on General Sale

Today at 10am EST the tickets for the G1 Supercard, put together by Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling held in the historic Madison Square Garden in New York City, went on General Sale.

By 10:30am the same day the venue had sold out.

Ring Of Honor put tickets on sale for Honor Club members on Wednesday, August 8th and Madison Square Garden put Venue pre sale tickets on sale Thursday, August 9th and the rumour was that ROH and NJPW had sold 60% of tickets before the general sale had started.

WWE has not sold out Madison Square Garden in just under 3 years, including a recent show the returning Undertaker, Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rouse on July 8th of this year. The last show WWE sold out at the world’s most famous arena was October 3rd, 2015 with Lesnar vs Big Show in the main event.

The G1 Supercard will be Live from Madison Square Garden on April 6th, 2019 at 7:30pm EDT and will likely go head to head with NXT Takeover.

This show will be Live on Honor Club and Fite TV but I have no word whether or not this show will be available on njpwworld.

If you don’t have Honor Club then Fite TV is a great way to watch ROH and lots of different wrestling and combat sports, if you want to watch this on Fite TV I have a special code that will give any new customer $15 to use on anything on the service. Fite TV is a very good service for Pro Wrestling, MMA, Boxing and so much more with regular free content and PPVs from around the world.

My code is: “n7djq9”
